Purpose of Run (long)

This is the control run for the new opteron cluster should be parallel to yacjc or ctl3/aaxzc.

It seems to be warming: try g (same job, lower optimisation; donesn't help).

Also poss linker problems:

Major "error" is in the Arctic but this *could* just be internal variation. Not sure as yet. Slight tendency to warmth elsewhere but too early to tell.
