Experiment with turning off the SSTILT term

This is done by:

perl -i -pe "s/L_ICESSTILT=.true./L_ICESSTILT=.false./" *

Result: doesn't seem to help or hinder much, at least on the average. Is this surprising?

I haven't checked the force balance or anything...

All months for the Arctic. A messy picture.
