yabeu ([cp s] Atmos diags to look at QT_POS ; 4.5)

  1. Start time: 2000/12/1, length: 10/0/3
  2. Processors: 1 * 2, Exec name: $RUNID.exe; Timestep (mins): 30 (atmos); 60 (ocean)
  3. Start dumps: $DUMPS/xahiya.da00c10 $DUMPS/xahiyo.da00c10
  4. Fortran mods
  5. Diags
  6. Userprestash files
  7. See-also: yabkb
  8. Notes:
    1. Died at k3310 (ts 39456) with SIGFPE 8 (underflow?) which on re-run appeared to be in freedrift, which is only there for diag purposes anyway.
    2. Problem *was* in icefreed but went away when compiled with -O 0 -g. So ignore it..
  9. History: yabeu -> s -> f -> e -> c -> a -> yabad -> a -> yaauo -> n -> yaasc -> yaaoa

Purpose of Run (long)

Yes another EVP run. This time, I've included extra atmos diags (Q-on-levels, etc) to try to see if the "QT_POS" problem actually means anything. It needn't be EVP for QT_POS to show up, BTW.

Results

Differences against HadCM3 are small:
