Yabba - MPP AMIP-type atmos-only

At 64-bit, this run is bit-comparable with itself at 1x1, 2x2 and 3x3, and with yabbb, a single-proc non-MPP run.

At 32-bit, it bit-compares to itself at 1x1, 2x2 and 3x3, providing gcom is compiled with "-O 0" and (possibly optional) if polauv1a and adjctl1a are also compiled with "-O 0". But not with yabbb. Odd.

At 64-bit, it bit compares when restarted, using daily dumps.

Verification
