6. Notes:
   1. The basis here has period 1 turned off in UPMEAN in the ocean. Don't ask me why.
   2. You can use the start dumps as above, but I suspect the standard ones will work just as well
   3. When restart-run it has a nasty tendency to give errors in QP_POS. If you find this, let me know. If you cure it, let everyone know!
