Verification of the coupled model

At the moment this is in a primitive state, because of... well... you know how it goes.

This caused problems for quite a while (yabwb) until I realised that there were some mods that shouldn't be there... yacjc is the fixed version and is OK. More details are on the yacjc page.

BTW, this is with the fujitsu compiler on athlons: see here for the compile options.

Note that in contrast to the atmosphere only model (which is happy at 64 or 32 bit) the coupled model is only happy at 64 bit: at 32 bit it drifts no matter how much you hope it won't.
